The Elite Carrier Services administer a Random Drug and Alcohol Pool Program, with a designated Medical Review Officer and a Third Party Laboratory, which will make your company to be in full compliance with all DOT Regulations, as prescribed in 49 CFR PARTS 40 AND 382. The Elite Carrier Services has the expertise and knowledge to audit the Hours of Service daily logs with the Rapid Log IT System which will bring each driver violation into account, so that the company’s can take immediate action to remedy and correct the shown mistake. Fifteen (15) days, after the completion of each monthly audit, we will provide clients with reports by driver detailing each discrepancy noted on the logs, and the corrective action to be taken.
